Organizing a sporting competition involves juggling a multitude of logistical details. Among these, ordering custom medals in bulk is often a source of stress. You need to find the right provider, meet deadlines, and ensure a consistent finish across the entire series. At ReGNR, an e-commerce logistics specialist for sporting goods, we have designed a service specifically to meet these demands, from customization to shipping, throughout France and abroad.
CUSTOM MEDALS IN BULK: WHY CALL ON A SPECIALIST?
The challenges of a successful bulk order
Ordering custom medals in large quantities is no trivial matter. Beyond choosing the visual design and material, it's the consistency of the finish across the entire batch that makes all the difference. A slightly different medal, a poorly centered engraving, or missed deadlines: these are all details that can tarnish the image of an otherwise well-organized event. This is why entrusting your order to a specialized workshop, accustomed to the demands of mass production, is both a strategic and organizational decision.
ReGNR, a partner tailored for bulk orders
With 20 years of experience serving Decathlon and a 1,500 m² customization workshop integrated into our logistics platform in Cagny, Normandy, ReGNR is equipped to handle bulk orders of custom medals with rigor and responsiveness. Each medal receives the same care, whether it's a series of 50 pieces for an equestrian competition or several hundred for a major sports tournament.
WHAT CUSTOMIZATION TECHNIQUES FOR YOUR BULK MEDALS?
Engraving: the benchmark for a noble and durable result
Engraving is the most popular technique for competition medals. It involves incising the design directly into metal or wood, for a sober, precise, and timeless finish. Durable over time, it is impervious to moisture and repeated handling. Result: an engraved medal retains its original appearance long after the event for which it was created. It is therefore the ideal choice for awards intended to last for years.
Marking: color and creative freedom
Do you want more colorful medals or complex visuals (multi-color logo, photo, gradient)? The application of custom stickers offers creative freedom that engraving alone cannot achieve. Cut to shape and printed in your event's colors, a high-quality sticker is applied to the medal for a modern and impactful result. This solution faithfully reproduces your graphic charter. It is therefore perfectly suited for events that want to highlight a strong visual identity.
Combining techniques for a premium result
It is entirely possible to combine several techniques on the same medal. For example: one engraved side for the institutional visual, and a sticker applied to the other side for event-specific information (date, location, discipline, ranking). This combination allows you to combine the nobility of engraving with the flexibility and rich colors of a sticker. At ReGNR, our team advises you on the most suitable combination for your project, budget, and deadlines.
CUSTOM MEDALS IN BULK: OUR END-TO-END PROCESS
Support from the design stage
As soon as you contact us, our team analyzes your needs: quantity, material, customization technique, desired deadline, and delivery destination. We then guide you in choosing the most suitable options and provide you with a personalized quote as quickly as possible. If you already have vector files or logos, we integrate them directly. Otherwise, we assist you in the technical formatting of your visual.
Rigorous and controlled mass production
Once the proof is approved, our workshop begins production of your batch. Each piece is made under the same conditions, with the same settings, to ensure perfect uniformity across the entire series. Before packaging, a quality control is carried out to ensure that each medal meets your expectations.
Fast shipping throughout France and abroad
Once your batch is ready, we handle shipping from our logistics platform. Thanks to our carefully selected network of carriers, we deliver your custom medals to the address of your choice (village hall, stadium, sports club, home), anywhere in France and abroad.
